Our Competitive classes prepare students for the three primary formats of Competitive Parkour. Speed, Skill, and Style.
8+ Years
An exclusive, by invitation program for students who’ve begun to see Parkour as a passion.
8+ Years
As a student explores the breadth of Parkour, they’ll find natural paths of curiosity and specialization. Some gravitate toward acrobatics, some climbing, some swinging. We encourage this individual focus and the personal styles of movement that arise from it.
Parkour has no skill ceiling. It’s a fluid, accepting discipline where athletes constantly develop new movements and refine old ones. Once a student grasps the fundamentals, the creative side begins to shine.
Beyond individual benefits, our class structure fosters goal-oriented socializing. Students develop skills and confront challenges alongside others—an intrinsic part of the Parkour experience.
Working through obstacles together builds strong, empathetic friendships. Our own team is largely made up of students and training partners who’ve grown up learning with us and one another—a community built on a shared love of movement, constantly growing together.
Games are the natural break from our skill-focused day. Chase Tag, Time Challenges, and S.T.K. are familiar games refocused through a Parkour lens, used for their social value and to apply skills learned in class.
Challenge Training places students in scenarios where they use developed skills to assess and complete obstacle-specific movement challenges, refining known skills or re-contextualizing them with new setups.
The perfect extended adventure, our youth camps keep your children moving from drop-off to pick-up. The camp structure emphasizes experiential learning, movement-based games, and Parkour focused skill development.
ROAM blends traditional Ninja obstacles and equipment with our Parkour-inspired architecture and programming.
Parkour teaches adaptation to any environment. It builds fluidity, movement connectivity, momentum transition, and obstacle assessment—skills essential for top-level performance in high-profile Ninja competition circuits.
Cross-training for Athletic Teams and Individuals.
Parkour creates a smarter, quicker, more resilient athlete—one who moves with purpose and performs with consistency in changing conditions.
Whether a student is seeking the focus of one-on-one instruction, the expertise of a coach emphasizing a particular style, or a more flexible schedule, our Private Lesson offerings are the perfect fit.
Our take on the traditional Open Gym; ROAMFREE Sessions let students with a strong grasp of Parkour fundamentals and our training philosophy use the gym outside the usual class structure.
Students work on skills in areas of their choosing while a coach circulates, training alongside them and offering advice. This mirrors how Parkour is trained in our discipline’s culture—exploring a space and deciding how to interact with it based on your own skill and self-understanding.
ROAMFREE Sessions are by invitation. Join our newsletter for event announcements.
Shoes or bare-feet!
Thin, all-rubber soled shoes with traditional laces are recommended.
Foam soled shoes or shoes with velcro/elastic laces are highly discouraged. Foam has little to no traction, and velcro/elastic laced shoes easily slip free.
