All parties include 30 minutes in our party room following the athletic program.
Party pricing includes 15 attendees/participants, with additional participants at $25 per person.
Parents of attendees are not included in participant count. Adults remain in our coffee lounge area and private party room where they can comfortably spectate the event. If any adult is interested in participating in the athletic portion of the party, please

ROAM’s coffee bar offers coffee, tea, and other beverages along with locally sourced baked goods. Your party can include an optional coffee bar tab for your guests.
Outside food may be brought in. We can recommend food delivery options, including the GrandPrix NY restaurant, local pizzerias, or for higher end food options, a well-regarded local caterer.
Food and beverages are permitted in our party room and lounge areas only, and not in the obstacle/training area.
Alcohol is not permitted at ROAM.
Decorate our party room to your liking. Banners, balloons (with helium), and table-dressings are all welcome. If you’re uncertain regarding a specific item, reach out to ask!

Piñatas, glitter, confetti, similar micro-décor, non-floating balloons, or party favors that can be thrown (such as soft footballs or bouncy balls) are not permitted.
Waivers: After booking your party, we will provide you with a unique Participation Agreement/Waiver link for you to share with your guest list.
Estimated & Expected Participants: In order for ROAM to coordinate coach staffing for your party, please provide us with your estimated guest list range within groups of 5 (i.e., 15-20, 20-25, 25-30, etc.) at the time of booking your party (“Estimated Participant List”).
Please provide us with an updated guest list no later than 7 days in advance of your scheduled party date (“Expected Participant List”).
The Expected Participant List–or the Estimated Participant List if you have not provided an Expected Participant List–will serve as the minimum number of party participants for ROAM coach staffing purposes and for calculating the final price of the party.
Anyone (students or family) that enter the training space will count as an active participant. Anyone interested in spectating the party may do so from our full-length coffee bar or from the roped off sections of the gym.
Payment: $250 non-refundable deposit at the time of party booking. As described above, The Expected Participant List–or the Estimated Participant List if you have not provided an updated list no later than 7 days in advance of your scheduled party date–will serve as the minimum number of party participants for ROAM coach staffing purposes and also when calculating the final price of the party.
15 party participants are included in the base price of the party with additional party participants at $25 per person.
Final payment for the party is due at the conclusion of the party and can be paid in-house in cash or by credit card.
Cancelations: In the event that you cancel your party, your $250 deposit will be treated as a cancelation fee. Cancelation fees are intended to cover costs associated with planning the party.
Reschedule: In the event that you need to reschedule, we will coordinate with you to locate a time and date to rebook your party. If a reschedule request occurs within 7 days before the original party date, your $250 deposit will be treated as a cancelation fee, and an additional $200 deposit will be incurred to cover costs of party rescheduling and staff cancelations.
