The page contains important information about your event, including our required Participation Agreement, what to bring, and directions to our location.
All guests must fill out the Participation Agreement before participating in any activities.
We recommend you send a reminder notification to your guests closer to the party date.
To assist us in preparing for your event, we kindly ask you to provide us with your guest list. Simply send us the first and last names of your RSVP’d guests, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Planned Participant Range (+/- 5): ex. 20-25
Any guests age 4 or under?
Coffee Bar Tab: Settled at the conclusion of your party.
T-Shirt Achievement($27+): Discounted ROAM T-Shirt to be given to the birthday child in a memorable way at the end of the activity portion of the party.
Tableware ($25): ROAM provides plates, napkins, cups, cutlery (forks/spoons/knives) and pitchers of water for your event.
Food Service ($50): Includes “Tableware Add-On”. ROAM staff-members assist with setting up the party room, and help distribute food during the final 30 minutes in the private party room. If you would like us to facilitate a catering order with you, we can place your order with any of the trusted pizzerias that have experience delivering to us (Basilico’s, Gerardo’s, or Sinapi’s).
