All standard party packages include exclusive use of our activity space with our coaching team, followed by 30 minutes in our private party room. Standard packages include up to 15 participants. Additional participant pricing varies by package.

Terza parties have limited availability and are scheduled directly with our team.
When booking, we ask families to select an estimated participant range in 5-person increments, such as 15–20, 20–25, or 25–30. This range helps us plan coach staffing for your party.
The lower number in your selected range becomes your minimum participant charge on the day of the party.
For example, if you select 20–25 participants, your minimum charge is based on 20 participants, even if fewer attend.
If more than 20 participants attend, your final balance is based on the actual number present, up to your selected range.
A final RSVP list is due no later than 7 days before your party so we can prepare staffing, waivers, and party
details.
Coffee Bar Guest Tab
Open a tab at our in-house specialty coffee bar for your adult guests. Espresso, lattes, cold brew, teas, and locally sourced baked goods are available. You set the tab limit, and the balance is settled at the conclusion
of your party.
Tableware — $25
Includes plates, napkins, cups, and utensils set and ready in the party room.
Food Service — $50
Includes tableware. Our team coordinates food ordering, delivery timing, and setup in the party room. We work with several well-regarded local pizzerias and food options in the area.
ROAM T-Shirt Achievement — $27+
The birthday celebrant goes home with a ROAM t-shirt as a special activity send-off at the end of the activity session. Sizes and quantities are confirmed before the party.
Outside food is always welcome at no additional fee. You may bring your own pizza, catering, snacks, cake, desserts, and drinks. If you prefer to have us help with food ordering and setup, our Food Service add-on is available.
Coffee bar: Our coffee bar is open during parties. Adult guests can enjoy espresso, lattes, cold brew, tea, and locally sourced baked goods while spectating from our countertop overlooking the activity space.
Outside coffee is not permitted.
Decorations: You are welcome to bring decorations for the party room, including balloons, banners,
tablecloths, centerpieces, and goody bags. Decorations may be attached to the white cinderblock walls with
tape only. Our team can help with setup and handles cleanup after the party.
Not permitted: Alcohol, outside coffee, pinatas, glitter, confetti, non-floating balloons, throwable party favors, outside music, and curated playlists. If you are unsure about a specific item, please ask before the party.
After your activity time, your group has 30 minutes of private party room time.
The party room includes
seating tables and additional setup space for food, cake, gifts, and decorations. ROAM staff assist with party room setup, cake cutting, and cleanup.
All trash disposal is handled by our team. You only need to take home what you brought in. Early arrival and setup timing can be coordinated in advance.
Adults can watch the activity from our extended countertop overlooking the gym floor.
For most parties with children ages 4 and up, parents can spectate from the coffee bar area while our coaches guide the group.
Parties for children turning 4 or younger:
The party runs in our Little Roamers & Me style — an adult participates in the activity space with each child while our coaches guide the experience.
For parties with older main age groups, younger siblings or guests under 4 may still participate but will need a parent or guardian with them in the activity space. Parents are not included in the participant count.
Deposit: A $250 non-refundable deposit is due at booking to secure your date and time.
Final payment: The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your party. Payment may be made by
cash or credit card. Credit card payments include a 3.5% convenience fee.
Cancellations & rescheduling: The $250 deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule more than
30 days before your party, we can move your booking to another available date without requiring a new deposit.
Cancellations or reschedule requests within 30 days may require a new deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
What ages are ROAMFurther parties for?
We host parties for a wide range of ages. Our coaches adapt the experience to the age and ability level of the group.
When the main birthday age group is turning 4 or younger, the party runs in our Little Roamers & Me style with parent participation.
For ages 4 and up, our standard coach-led format is usually the right fit.
How many kids can come?
Standard party packages include up to 15 participants. Additional participants are welcome, with pricing based on the party package selected. We can accommodate larger groups up to 50 people, depending on age, format, and staffing needs.
Can I bring my own food and cake?
Yes. Outside food, cake, desserts, and drinks are welcome at no additional fee. If you’d rather have us coordinate food ordering and setup, our Food Service add-on is available.
Do you provide tableware?
Tableware can be added for $25. It includes plates, napkins, cups, and utensils. Tableware is included with
the Food Service add-on.
What should kids wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. Socks are required in the activity space — if anyone forgets,
extras are available at ROAM.
Do parents participate?
For parties with children ages 4 and up, parents usually spectate from the coffee bar area.
For parties where the main birthday age group is turning 4 or younger, an adult participates in the activity space with each child.
For older parties that include younger siblings or guests under 4, those younger children need a parent or guardian with them in the activity space.
